How do I refer a patient?
Complete the online referral form below or call either office. We contact the patient to schedule and send you a consultation summary.
Will you share imaging and treatment notes?
Yes. We share consultation notes, CBCT scans when taken, and operative summaries so you can plan restorative care with confidence.
How quickly are referred patients seen?
We work to schedule referred patients promptly and prioritize urgent concerns such as infection, pain or trauma.
Do you return patients for restorative care?
Always. Once surgical treatment and healing are complete, patients return to you for crowns, bridges, dentures and ongoing care.

Dr. Ryan R. Falke, DDS founded Sierra Oral & Facial Surgery in Reno in 2016. He trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Loma Linda University and focuses on wisdom teeth, dental implants, bone grafting and sedation.
