Dr. Ryan R. Falke, DDS
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Founder
Dr. Ryan R. Falke, DDS founded Sierra Oral & Facial Surgery in Reno in 2016. He trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Loma Linda University and focuses on wisdom teeth, dental implants, bone grafting and sedation.

Dr. Kimberly Bentjen, DDS, MD
Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Kimberly Bentjen, DDS, MD is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon trained at Mayo Clinic. She holds both dental and medical degrees and has practiced in Reno since 2019.

Johanna
Practice Manager
Certified Administrative Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant
Johanna brings over 30 years of experience in the medical and dental fields, including work in a hospital surgical unit, home health and dentistry. She also holds a degree in Medical/Dental Billing and Coding, so she knows insurance and patient support inside and out.
Born in Southern California and raised in Reno, she is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient and gives back through community outreach across the Reno area.
Fun fact: She owns over 50 lipsticks.
Heather
Business Associate III
Bachelor's Degree, SUNY Plattsburgh
Heather brings more than 12 years of oral surgery experience and is committed to giving every patient a positive, compassionate experience. She loves helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout treatment.
Outside of work she enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her husband and two German Shepherds, Kona and Sydney.
Fun fact: Heather has lived in six different states.
Carrie
Business Associate III
Carrie earned her EMT certification, worked as a high school athletic trainer and coached competitive gymnastics before moving to Reno in 2016. At SOFS she fell in love with patient care all over again.
She especially enjoys treatment planning and coordinating large implant cases.
Fun fact: She bakes from scratch for the team. Cinnamon rolls are her specialty.
Helen
Business Associate II
Certified Dental Assistant
Helen loves building positive relationships and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of work she spends time with her family and three dogs, exploring the outdoors.
Fun fact: Born and raised in Fernley, NV.
Benjamin
Dental Assistant III
Benjamin has worked in dentistry since 2017, starting as a sterilization technician and working his way up to dental assistant.
His favorite part of the job is helping nervous patients and seeing their relief when treatment is finished.
Fun fact: He has a kei van he works on as a fun Sunday car.
Noemi
Dental Assistant III
Noemi has been with Sierra Oral & Facial Surgery for five years. Along with assisting in surgery, she helps up front with Spanish-speaking patients, scheduling and treatment coordination.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in the Carson-Reno area, she is a dog mom to Daisy, a Doberman, and loves outdoor adventures with her baby girl.
Fun fact: Her favorite perk: the beautiful views from the operatory.
Lina
Dental Assistant II
B.S., Biology, University of Nevada, Reno
Lina was born and raised in Reno and loves this little city. Her favorite part of the work is the people: her coworkers feel like family, and talking with patients is the best part of every day.
